Espwa are a group of Irish volunteers, who’s mission it is to help the people of Haiti.
Projects include building of orphanages, bringing much needed supplies to the people, teaching skills and much more.
Our very own Joe Clancy is heading over with a group of volunteers in April,
right now containers are getting ready to be shipped with wood, clothes, medicines etc, which most of us take for granted.
Our aim is to host a fun event to bring together like minded people who are open to do business over a delicious curry and followed by a karaoke.
Tickets are €25 per person and can be purchased on the night or by contacting the below.

About ESPWA
In 2009, a small group of friends with a shared love for Haiti and its people began focusing on a simple question: What does real long-term change look like for the medical community of Cap Haitien, Haiti? From that starting point, the Espwa Foundation was born. Espwa means “hope” in Haitian Creole.
The Espwa team has since grown into an all-volunteer partnership of Haitians and Americans who catalyze positive change by empowering the medical leaders and big dreamers in Cap Haitien.
Though the medical community is still a primary focus, we’ve broadened our scope to empower farmers, families, and small businesses, as they’re all woven into the fabric of a stronger ‘Ayiti.’
The Espwa Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to serving our brothers and sisters in Cap Haitien, Haiti. Check out the About Us page to learn more about our organization.
